Cacao For A Cause 🍫 Did somoeone say #worldchocolateday πŸ˜ƒ Well despite always aiming to avoid a sheep like mentality in life I am TOTALLY in for a spot of #sundaybaking & have happily whipped up a batch of my #chocolate & pistachio #muffins to celebrate ✨.
Now anyone familiar to the way I work will know that these boast more than a chocolatey treat πŸ€— They’ve got protein, they’ve got fibre, they’ve got #rawcacao & they’ve got absolutely minimal sugar which you can choose to eliminate entirely if you wish πŸ™πŸ».

🍫60g @ombarchocolate 90% #darkchocolate + 10g to decorate.
✨60g @motionnutrition raw cacao whey.
πŸ₯›200ml @plenishdrinks cashew milk.
πŸ₯„2tbsp raw cacao.
πŸ’—pinch salt.
πŸ₯₯4tsp coconut oil.
πŸ₯„2tbsp ground almonds.
🍯1tbsp @rawvibrantliving acacia honey (optional).
πŸ₯„2tsp #glutenfree baking powder.
πŸ₯š2 #organic eggs.
πŸ’š1/4c pistachios.
Preheat the oven to 170C, arrange silicone muffin cups on a tray.
Add the milk & #chocolate to a small pan, warm gently until melted. Mix to combine, then add the honey & coconut oil.
Measure the dry ingredients into a bowl, add wet to dry then whisk through the egg until smooth.
Divide between the cups & bake for 10 mins.
Cool the muffins on a wire rack until touch cold then melt the extra chocolate & chop the pistachios. Spoon on a teaspoons worth of chocolate to each muffin then sprinkle with the nuts. Let set then GO ON IN 🀀.
