Garden Party Pizza 🥦 It’s #bankholidaysunday , the sun is beating down & I was going to share something more nutritiously specific BUT THEN I got so many requests to share the #recipe for the #pizza my favourite flat mate @sarahama_ & I made last night I thought SCREW IT, I’ll save my rambles for the week & give you guys what you want 😁.

Also to clarify I only have 1 flat mate but she is still a saint & a champion for putting up with me 😂.

I’ve done a casual bucket load of experimentation when it comes to the perfect naturally #glutenfreepizza base & this guy is currently taking the top spot for the softer crust 👏🏻 (I make another far crispier version too but that wasn’t yesterday’s vibe).

{CHICKPEA & BUCKWHEAT PIZZA} Serves 3-4.
🍕CRUST:
120g @buywholefoodsonline chickpea flour.
130g @freeefoods buckwheat flour.
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda.
Pinch salt, black pepper.
40ml @rawvibrantliving extra virgin olive oil.
185ml warm water.
🥫SAUCE – 2 large tomatoes, 1 clove garlic, 1 small red onion, 1/2c soaked macadamia or cashew nuts, salt, pepper, 2 tbsp nutritional yeast.
🥬TOPPINGS – @organicorealfoods artichokes & peppers, tenderstem broccoli, caramelised red onions.

Add all your crust ingredients to a bowl, beat well with a spoon for 5 mins. Leave to sit for 15 mins. Preheat your oven to 200C.
Meanwhile add all your sauce ingredients to a blender, purée until smooth.
Spread your batter onto 2 silicone mat lined trays, top with the sauce & add your toppings.
Cook for 8-12 mins until golden, risen & mouth watering!.
