Minimal Moments🍵 There was a point in my life when #breakfast wasn’t a thing, I would leave the house on a wing & a prayer (AKA 2 gallons of black coffee 🥴) motor through my mornings & then feel god awful mid afternoon as a result 🤪 .
.
Evidently that was a LONG time ago & starting my day with a lovely, nourishing #breakfastbowl like this is something I wake up & look forward to 💕.

Now I could tell you all the physiological mechanisms behind this, who suits a fasted morning versus who is better off having something in their tum before they leave the house, OR I could just leave you with this thought…..

Whatever your chosen eating habits take time to ENJOY your food, make it beautiful, eat with your eyes, pack things with flavour, texture, #nutritiousanddelicious ingredients & let yourself savour it ✨.

Because even with all my brain busting knowledge sometimes even I don’t want to do anything more than that 🙌🏻.

. {MATCHA & MACADAMIA CHIA}
2 tbsp @rawvibrantliving #chiaseeds .
1 tbsp @planetpaleo matcha collagen.
1.5 cups @rudehealth ultimate almond milk.
1 tbsp @buywholefoodsonline macadamia nuts.
1 tsp @buywholefoodsonline rose petals.
Frozen blueberries.

Add 1.5 tbsp of the chia to a bowl with 1 cup almond milk + 1/2 cup water. Add the remaining chia, matcha collagen & remaining milk + 1/4 cup water to another bowl, mix both & leave to sit for 5 mins.
Stir again a couple of times over the next 10 mins to prevent clumps forming then add to a bowl, swirl seductively & top with all your textural bits & pieces.
