Ravishingly Resilient 🙏🏻 Hey guys remember me 😃 In all honesty I’m not entirely sure I remember me but what can I say life has been a tad on the rampant side of late……I am back now though (I think) 🙈.

So it’s a relatively obvious thing that when you’re busy your ability to be super diligent about preparing #food can fall by the wayside 🤪 My counter to this is literally to be insanely simple with what I grab i.e. 2-3 ingredients rather than an epic salad, &/or to ALWAYS have stocks in my freezer of things I’ve made previously👏🏻.

I would say this though 👉🏻 when time is tight taking that little extra moment to consider what you are nourishing yourself with is INCREDIBLY important & will make ALL the difference to how you/your body copes with that additional pressure 🧘🏻‍♂️.
.
I often talk about a ‘tolerance factor’ when it comes to people’s health ✨ The body will always strive for balance (homeostasis) & it’s VERY good at this BUT if you try & sprint through life forever without taking adequate breaks, refilling the tank etc you’ll definitely slow down & probably develop a bit of a limp after a while 🤕.

This of course also extends to all elements of our wellbeing (sleep, mood levels, weight fluctuations, digestive health, skin, hormones ETC) SO in times of tornado scheduling & all that jazz PLEASE concentrate on getting your #nutrientdense #foods in👌🏻 Cram as much goodness into each mouthful as possible, we may as well get the most bang for our bucks as we can ey! 😁.

Classic current plate scenario for me being my super seed crackers (#recipe on my website) topped with @nushfoods almond cheese, asparagus, fresh chilli & olives 💚 Rainbow colours, plenty of #guthealth supporting fibre, #plantbasedprotein & deliciousness 🙌🏻.
