Self Care Sunday πŸ’• As lovely people we all ADORE our neighbours but do we gift ourselves the same kindness….πŸ€” More often than not the answer is not quite….πŸ˜•.

BUT #selfcare & #selflove have MANY facets πŸ’Ž.

πŸ’They are the #food we choose to fuel our body with.
πŸ€ΈπŸ»β€β™€οΈThey are the way we choose to move it.
πŸ§–πŸ»β€β™€οΈThey are the products we choose to use on it.
🌎They are the care we choose to take for our world.
πŸ‘―β€β™€οΈThey are the time we choose to spend with those we love.

And fundamentally they are the space we create for ourselves to JUST BE πŸ™ŒπŸ» .

To be FREE, to be comfortable in our own skin, to not be constrained by what others tell us is β€˜appropriate’ or β€˜right’ or β€˜normalβ€™πŸ’ƒπŸ» .
.
This may involve meditation or yoga for some πŸ§˜πŸ»β€β™€οΈfor others it could be a walk in the sunshine β˜€οΈ or a swim πŸŠπŸ»β€β™€οΈ or a workout at their own pace πŸ‹πŸ»β€β™€οΈ OR it could just be taking #sundaymorning in their stride, not having plans & seeing how the πŸͺ crumbles 😁.

As for how normal goes, well I’m a terrible 1 to advise here it must be said ….🀣.

I tried it once….it didn’t go well & my goodness you couldn’t pay me to tone down the loon these days because that’s what makes me ME & why on Earth would I want to be anything different πŸ€ͺπŸ€·πŸ»β€β™€οΈπŸ˜‚.
