The Quick Fix

The Quick Fix 🔧 “What’s the 1 thing I can do to improve my health” says Jane 🤔 Well actually Jane did not say this as she doesn’t really exist but this is a question that I get asked A LOT 🙈.

Now I am potentially at a stage in my appreciation of #wellness as such a multifaceted thing that I can no longer see it in 1 dimension 🤪 But I DO realise that for others the whole holistic web thing isn’t such a natural process ✨.
.
So if I were to take things down to a singular level I guess I’d have to say…..
.
🥕Eat more vegetables🥦.
.
Yep go for your rainbow coloured #foods , go for them in abundant quantities, relish them, delight in them, tell them you love them (or maybe not the last 1…😂).
.
The bounty of nutrients we get from our #greens & their tonal friends are the keystone to avoiding ill health 💛SO if you were to ignore good sleep, physical activity, good quality protein, emotional #wellbeing , limiting toxic exposure, opting for your whole grains & EVERYTHING ELSE integral to being well then you’d still be in pretty good shape in my eyes 👏🏻.
.
And yes that would extend to making your #waffles out of carrots 🥕 Not because they’ll make you healthier necessarily (although that’s a nice aside) but because they taste AWESOME & that is ultimately what #food is all about 😁.
